April flowers, May showers and the annual exam season has taken a toll on my much needed Summer fashion closet so I was very excited when the Pastel Girls Small Bag*(£10.50) iconand a super cute Tabby Cat Card Case*(£7.00) icon arrived on my door step!

Catseye London is a relatively new brand of chic fashion and beauty accessories that launched in the UK in 2004. They have a good range of products from coin purses to luggage tags and even a select few of their prints on storage tins. I think that they have a keen eye on the latest fashion trends, Catseye launches twice a year to ensure that we're always on top of the current style - even when we pull out a packet of tissues!

Having had my current makeup bag for a couple of years now, I must admit that it's starting to show its age and it's totally not because I'm getting bored of it and it's no longer fitting in everything I need on a daily basis. so the Pastel Girls Small Makeup Bag has come in at a good time as it's really chic with the floral and lace patterns mixed with overlays of pretty people..
Apart from the zip - which compliments the rest nicely with "Catseye" engraved on, the entire bag is coated and lined with plastic. This means that it is super easy to wipe clean should any mess land on it [think public toilets] or a makeup mishap during transport. I have found the small bag to be a perfect size to hold everything I'd typically use on a daily basis, and even the amount I take with me for short stays when I am on holiday. There is even a small clear pocket on the inside of the bag, which is a nice size and big enough for pocket mirrors, as demonstrated by my Tabby Cat Card Case instead.

As for my adorable new business/blog card holder, I had chosen the Tabby Cat design because who can resist this adorable beauty? I don't own a cat, and probably won't in the future.. but it's just one of the cute things I knew I had to have it!
With my Moo Minicards [tweet me if you want a 10% discount] I have found the holder to be just short in width to fit two mini cards side by side, but in a stack I can fit around 18 of them, with room to spare. As for the larger standard sized business cards I can carry up to 10.
The metal holder features the chosen design on the front, a lightly textured grain at the back as well as engraved "Catseye London" text on the inside flap. The metal inside also doubles up nicely as an emergency mirror too - although it would be a bit strange to look closely at your business cards in public..
I really like the quality of this, and the only bad thing I'd say about it is that I'd really like an accompanying protective velvet-like pouch, alike to those when you purchase expensive makeup compacts.. because I'd hate for the holder to get scratched!

I believe every product comes in a durable protective grey canvas bag, perfect to reuse to store emergency flats in, for example in my hand bag for days I'll be trekking about the city in heels. Overall, I am really impressed with the items, the photographs on the website really doesn't do their justice on how amazing the quality is. I'll definitely be referring to them in the future for gifts to family and friends for any occasion.

Also, I do apologise for the sheer amount of links in this post - but it's only because the website is very easy to navigate and everything is sorted into appropriate categories and even collections. Seriously, go and have a look around for yourself. I recommend starting off with either the Vintage Ladies or Pug Love collection.. Oh and if you can't 2-3 days for delivery*, a small range of Catseye items are also sold in John Lewis, Hoopers Stores and Hamleys
